## What it is
Contracts reviewed and drafted for one flat fee. Know your number before you start. No hourly billing, no retainers, no surprise invoices. Reviewed by a licensed California attorney at the Law Office of Hollingsworth and Hollingsworth, a firm serving clients since 1985.

## Pricing
- Contract Review: $299 flat. For when someone hands you a contract to sign. Includes a full attorney read, a plain-English summary of key terms, risks, and red flags, a tracked-changes redline with suggested edits, and a short call. Turnaround in hours, same business day where possible.
- Contract Preparation: $499 flat. For when you need a new agreement drafted. Includes an attorney-drafted contract built around your deal, custom terms from a short intake, one round of revisions, a plain-English summary of each section, and a ready-to-sign final document. Turnaround in hours, same business day where possible.

Flat fee covers one contract per engagement. Unusually long or complex agreements may fall outside flat-fee scope; if so, we tell you up front and quote before any work begins.

## How it works
1. Send us your contract, or tell us what you need drafted, plus the basics of your deal.
2. We confirm scope and the flat fee in writing. No charge until you approve.
3. You get attorney work product: a redline and plain-English summary for a review, or a ready-to-sign draft for a new contract.
